These comps at school suck, 797 MHz with 312 mb of ram... here i thought all the P3's died off

bahahahah thats what we have here too! at least i think...? definently less ram than that though... some weird number like 155 or something >< it showed in bytes too and that kinda... took some effort XD

mmm how about their usage? they come in carts of like 30 with a wireless hub sitting on the top... each laptop has a completely jackable PC card wireless adapter

^^ and theyre all AMAX. the desktops as well

Ours are compaqs... they are slow as shit, they put Win XP Pro on them and they lag like hell. They say we have a full T1 line but the internet is slow as hell.

i think we have a T3 or something shared by the entire school district... ionno...

ours use 2000 and ya know... thats even harder on the comp.. especially in the beginning. 2000 is like the slowest startupper of the windows series

hehehehe me remembers last year... first time i saw their comp start up (a desktop but still 2000) was during a presentation from the teacher about.. something i dun care about... LOL i swear half the period i stared at the loading screen i was like "woah... and i thought my laptop was bad..!"
