my brother wants to get a LCD. He saw in circuit city a Liquidvideo 19" for $350. Is that a good brand?? does it suck for games?

lower the response time the better? 12ms is best?

what bout that samsung? I searched for 12m and it only showed samsungs and a vewsonic and a SCEPTRE
